Project Brief: 

The Vale Onca Puma project involved the comprehensive demolition of a Ferro Nickel 6 inline electric furnace, including the roof, walls, and hearth. The project also required the removal of remaining process materials and an estimated 2500t of frozen ferro nickel. 

Scope: 
Our experienced operational and background support team tackled the demolition through a meticulously planned approach, breaking down the work into manageable sections. Each phase of the Ferro nickel furnace demolition was outlined in detailed work packs, specifying the processes and equipment to be used. This included remote-controlled demolition equipment, thermal lancing, and large earth-moving machinery. 

Methodology and Highlights

The project's methodology stemmed from an intensive planning phase, ensuring each segment of the demolition was executed with precision and safety. Our innovative blend of modern technologies combined with a skilled and experienced team allowed us to deliver on time and within budget.
